We found everything great, would recommend it to family and friends. Spotlessly clean hotel, enjoyed to be very close to Tenderloin which is one of the worst areas in San Francisco, union square, and public transport, a more efficient and cheaper way thanks to convenient and easy location.

Not what I expected
I stayed one night, and honestly, it was rough. The area is a total sketch fest with people openly dealing drugs right outside. The small room was noisy, and I could hear everything from next door. On the bright side, the bar had some cool drinks, but $58 to park? Seriously? Really sketchy overall.

The hotel staff, they were really accommodating and helped us figure out the area, a small miracle in a place like this! The complimentary coffee machine was a welcome blessing for someone who needs fuel to function in the morning, ya know what I mean?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the amenities, it was within reason.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a Nespresso coffee machine. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me. The staff was affable and attentive.
